How do I start a return?

We’re happy to offer a credit or exchange for unopened and unused items. Just return your order within 15 days of the purchase date and include a receipt.

Step 1: Contact us for a return authorization number (RA#)

Email info@elroibathnbody.us or contact our Clan Care department at 434.235.0535 (Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM-5:30 PM EST or Friday 9:00 AM-2:00 PM EST)


Step 2: Send your return

Write your RA# on your original packing slip or receipt, as well as on the outside of the shipping box.

Add a note requesting an exchange or merchandise credit.

Send your return to the following address using UPS, FEDEX, or the United States Postal Service:

How do I request a refund?

Your return may qualify for a credit or exchange, but we will gladly consider a request for a refund on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our Clan care department at 434.235.0535.





I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. If your package is missing or stolen, contact UPS, our designated carrier, at 1.800.742.5877. Once UPS records a package as “delivered,” EBB is no longer responsible for that package. However, if you still cannot find your package, please let us know. We actively monitor claims of lost, missing, incorrect, and damaged items and are committed to maintaining a positive shopping experience.
